John M. DelGaudio, MD

Dr. DelGaudio has been at Emory since 1995, specializing in the treatment of sinus and nasal disorders. In September 2006, Dr. DelGaudio was awarded the prestigious Golden Head Mirror Award by the American Rhinologic Society, recognizing meritorious teaching and service in Rhinology. In July 2007 Dr. DelGaudio was awarded the Gerald S. Gussack Recognition Award by the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology for teaching in Otolaryngology. Dr. DelGaudio received his medical school degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he graduated Maxima Cum Laude. He performed his residency training in Otolaryngology at The University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. DelGaudio is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of rhinology.

Zara Patel, MD

Zara Patel, MD
Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery

Dr. Patel has been at Emory since 2012 and specializes in endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, tertiary and revision sinus surgery, sinonasal tumors, both benign and malignant, CSF leak repair, rrbital pathology affecting or related to the sinuses and olfactory dysfunction. Dr. Patel attended Oregon Health and Science University and completed her residencty at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her fellowship at Stanford University.

Sarah K. Wise, MD
Associate Professor of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery
Emory University School of Medicine

Dr. Wise joined Emory University in 2007. She specializes in the treatment of nasal and sinus disorders. Dr. Wise attended the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and completed her residency training in Otolaryngology at Emory University in 2006. Dr. Wise completed a fellowship in Rhinology at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007.

Melissa Rotella, APRN
Melissa received her BSN from Clayton State, her MSN from Georgia State and her NP-C from AANP. Melissa is a full-time nurse practitioner in the Emory, Sinus, Nasal and Allergy Center.
