Melanie Hof, MS, ATC

Melaine HofMelanie Hof is the clinical athletic trainer to Dr. Ken Mautner. She assists with clinical operations including patient evaluations, concussion evaluation, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. Melanie came to Emory after working at Logan College of Chiropractic as the director of sports and activities. While at Logan, Melanie also taught in the Master's of Sports Science and Rehabilitation program. She continues to do so in an online capacity.

Melanie received her undergraduate degree from Coe College, majoring in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training. During this time Melanie also worked as a visiting student athletic trainer at the University of Notre Dame serving summer sports camps. After graduating from Coe, Melanie served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville, where she worked with softball, soccer, and tennis teams and completed her master's degree in sport administration. Melanie was then hired at Louisville and worked there for two years before leaving to work with women's basketball and field hockey teams at Saint Louis University. Melanie is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys ultramarathon canoe and kayak racing, biking, and running.
