Frank has been a manual physical therapist at Emory Physical Therapy since 2007. An Atlanta native, Frank completed his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology in 2000 and his master's degree in physical therapy in 2002 from the University of Florida. Frank has been a certified strength and condition specialist through the National Strength and Condition Association since 2002. He worked four years in out-patient orthopedics before returning to school to complete his doctoral fellowship in manual therapy. Frank became an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed clinical instructor in 2006. Upon completion of his manual fellowship, he received his manual therapy certification in 2006 and his doctorate of physical therapy degree in 2008 from the University of St. Augustine. Frank was recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2008.  Frank is certified in the technique of dry needling for the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction.
