Since our vascular surgeons are also faculty members of the Emory University School of Medicine, several of them are directly involved with translational research. This process is crucial to the development of important new therapies, devices and protocols that enable us to provide your patients with the latest, most appropriate care for their vascular conditions and helps sustain our position at the forefront of vascular treatment in Georgia.

The following patient information is required for referral:
• Patient’s name, address and telephone number
• Patient’s date of birth
• Patient’s social security number
• Diagnosis and date of diagnosis
• Prior treatment, if any
• Insurance information
