Emory Family Medicine
at Dunwoody

Welcome to Emory at Dunwoody

Since 2004, Emory Healthcare Family Medicine has been serving the Dunwoody community. We offer a better approach to the traditional health care model. Our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model aims to enhance the delivery of comprehensive primary care to children, adolescents, and adults. In essence, a “medical home” provides more personalized care, meaning you get a whole team of people who know you and work together to give you the best care.
