Emory’s vision to transform health and healing calls for an unparalleled center of learning and discovery, community, and care. Emory envisions the creation of patient-centered facilities designed for the 21st century and the continued recruitment and retention of world-class physicians who provide outstanding, compassionate care while advancing biomedical research toward new treatments and cures.

Healthcare today requires technology unheard of when the current Emory Clinic and Emory University Hospital buildings were built. Emory University Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, and The Emory Clinic now serve more than one million patients a year, keeping pace with Atlanta’s growth. The clinic and hospital no longer can meet the changing needs of outpatient and inpatient care; they don’t provide sufficient space for patients and research that will define the future of medicine.

You can help further our commitment to excellence in patient care, research, and teaching. Gifts to the Emory Department of Neurological Surgery will enable us to continue our efforts to improve care of neurological disorders through surgery in children and adults.

Visit the online giving website and select "School of Medicine" from the drop-down menu as the Direction and "Other" as the Fund, then type in "Neurosurgery" to make a gift to the department. For more information, call our department at 404-778-5770, or Emory's Office of Gift Planning at 404-727-8875. We appreciate your donations.
