About Emory University Hospital
Emory University Hospital (EUH), a 733-bed tertiary care center, is Emory Healthcare’s flagship academic institution. EUH is one of the nation’s leading hospitals in cardiology and heart surgery, neurology and more. The hospital is an NCI-designated cancer center and is one of the largest volume transplant centers in the country, performing bone marrow, liver, kidney, pancreas, heart and lung transplants.
Pharmacy Residency Programs
EUH offers a post-graduate year one residency, post-graduate year two residencies in four clinical areas and a fellowship in nutrition support. Residencies build on your Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and allow you to develop as a clinical pharmacist responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions. The fellowship offers training in specialized nutrition support practice and prepares you to become a clinical nutrition support pharmacy leader.
Pharmacy Residency Application Process
You’ll need to supply your curriculum vitae (CV), transcripts, a letter of recommendation and a cover letter outlining your interest in the program for any of the residency programs or the fellowship program.
Pharmacy Residency Preceptors
Experienced preceptors lead Emory University Hospital’s pharmacy residency program. These professionals assist you in meeting personal goals and course objectives. Preceptors oversee specialty areas, including:
