Step 3 – Estimate and Deposit

Our office will work with the clinical staff to complete an estimate of the patient's cost for their visit & plan of treatment. We will review the estimate with the patient and will provide information on how to submit payment.

Step 4 – Appointment Confirmation

Once the records have been reviewed and a deposit has been collected, an appointment will be scheduled and an appointment letter will be generated. The letter will provide the location, doctor's name, date and time of the patient's appointment.

Note: The appointment letter can be used by the patient to complete their visa application.

Step 5 – Travel Arrangements

The patient is responsible for their own travel arrangements but we are happy to help with recommendations.

Note: We recommend that you do not schedule a flight until an itinerary has been sent to you.
