The 24-month radiologic technology program sponsored by Emory Decatur Hospital is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. Upon successful completion of a JRCERT-accredited program, graduates can rest assured that they have been provided with quality education, that fully supports the fundamental skills, knowledge, and core professional values required for their success within the imaging profession. The program currently holds the maximum eight years of continuing accreditation awarded by the JRCERT.
JRCERT-accredited programs must follow the JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography.

Upon graduation, the graduate will be eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to become a registered technologist in radiology, R.T (R).
