If you have an upcoming appointment with your Emory care team, you can also request an invitation to set up your new patient portal account when you are at your clinic appointment. You may also call your provider’s office or the Patient Portal line at 404-727-8820 to request this invitation.

Reminder: You may be invited to both the Emory Blue and Gold Patient Portals, depending on your provider. If so, you will receive more than one invitation and you need to follow the directions in both.
