Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we may make the time available to another patient. A $25 cancellation fee may apply if we are given less than 24 hours notice.
Prescription refills
We prefer that prescription refills are handled during an appointment because we e-prescribe most of our prescription requests. The benefits of prescription refills at the time of your appointment are:
- Fast—Your prescription arrives at your pharmacy before you leave our office.
- Convenient—You don’t have to make that extra trip to drop off your prescription at the pharmacy.
- Legible—There is no handwriting for the pharmacist to decipher.
- Economical—It is easier for your doctor to prescribe the most cost-effective medication based on your insurance coverage.
Refill requests cannot be accommodated outside our regular office hours or on weekends.
