Emory Healthcare “Pink Carpet Ultimate Tailgate Experience” Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility: The “Pink Carpet Ultimate Tailgate Experience” Sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the state of Georgia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Emory University or Emory Healthcare, Inc. or their subsidiaries (“Emory”), those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Giveaway, any agents acting for, or on behalf of Emory, Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers or any other person or entity associated with the Giveaway (collectively "Giveaway Entities") and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Emory Healthcare, Inc., 201 Dowman Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030 ("Sponsor").
The NFL Entities (defined as the National Football League and its other member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, and employees) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Giveaway or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Giveaway in any way.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Giveaway starts on August 28, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. (EST) ) and ends on September 11, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. (EST). No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of the online Giveaway will be the Sponsor, located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Entrants entering close to the posted deadline do so with this information in mind.
Giveaway Entry/Submission: You may enter online via geo-fenced to Atlanta Metro-Area Facebook and Instagram posts beginning on August 28, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. (EST) sponsored by Emory Healthcare. The posts shall end on September 11, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. (EST). One entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Winner Selection: 4 participants will be selected via a drawing on or about September 14, 2023. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be contacted via email. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in that person’s place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.
Prize(s): Each of the 4 winners will receive one entry + entry for seven family/friends of their choosing to participate in the Pink Carpet Tailgate Experience on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Home Depot Backyard at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (“Stadium”) in Atlanta, Ga., and an equal number of game day tickets to the Atlanta Falcons vs. Houston Texans game beginning at 1 P.M. at the Stadium. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $720.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of game. Exact seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible if game or any other scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Use of tickets or passes is subject to the terms and conditions printed on said tickets or passes and all venue rules, regulations, policies and restrictions. Winners and guests are subject to security check and bag search prior to entry and are expected to comply with all security procedures. If Stadium personnel deem any person to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a threat, or otherwise unfit, in its sole discretion, he or she will not be permitted access and shall forfeit the prize. The Stadium reserves the right to deny admission at any time, for any reason. Each winner and any guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable NFL and/or Stadium regulations and policies in connection with the prize and/or any prize component and acknowledge that the NFL and/or Stadium may remove or deny entry to any person, including winner or guest, who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or in any other way that violates any NFL and/or Stadium policies.
General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants certify that they are eligible to participate and agree to abide by these official rules. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable e-mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize; or (g) operation or fitness of the prize. Entrant further agrees that, in any cause of action, the Giveaway Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Giveaway Entities be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in any state or superior court of competent jurisdiction located in the County of Fulton, State of Georgia, USA or in federal court in the Northern District of Georgia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Requests for notifications of winners must be received no later than three months after the end of the Entry Period.
