Hospital Locations

Program Requirements

Emory Healthcare is introducing a unified VolunTEEN application and placement process for first-time volunteers this year to help ensure every student has meaningful access to summer volunteer experiences across the system.

Applicants may rank their top three preferred locations, and each student will be placed at one site for the duration of the program. Placement decisions are based on both applicant preferences and site capacity, which varies by hospital.

When a location reaches capacity, additional applicants may be placed on a waitlist and notified if space becomes available. While we cannot guarantee a specific placement, we will do our best to match as many students as possible with their top choice while maintaining equitable opportunities across all locations.
