To refer a patient for heart failure consultation, please call the Advanced Heart Failure Therapy Center directly at 404-778-5299 or call the Emory Physician Consult Line at 404-778-5050.
To Transfer a Patient from another hospital please call 404-778-4930 for an urgent evaluation and transfer. The Center's Transfer Service facilitates the transfer of patients into the Emory Healthcare system. Staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by registered nurses and operators, the Transfer Service can assist you with any cardiac and/or vascular needs. With just one call, the staff will coordinate the transfer of patients into the cardiology, cardiovascular surgery and vascular services of Emory Healthcare.
