Emory’s patient portals make it easy to manage your health. You can check portions of your medical record, view lab results, view appointments, send messages to your provider teams, and renew your prescriptions.

Emory Healthcare uses different electronic medical records to provide patient care. Because of the way our technology works, this means we also have multiple patient portals – the BLUE, GOLD, and Eye Center portals. Depending on your providers, you may need access to more than one portal.

BLUE and GOLD Patient Portals

To request access, please call 404-727-8820, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET. You may also contact your provider’s office for an invitation.

Emory Eye Center Patient Portal

To request access, please call 404-778-2020, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. You may also contact your provider’s office for an invitation.

Emory Decatur, Emory Hillandale, and Emory LTAC Patient Portal

This portal is specific for Emory Decatur Hospital, Emory Hillandale Hospital and Emory Long-Term Acute Care. If you need assistance with this Patient Portal, please call 404-501-1107. If you are calling after-hours 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., a member of our staff will reply to you within the next 24 business hours.

Health Management Apps

Emory Healthcare wants you to feel empowered in the management of your health. That’s why enrollment in our portal not only grants you access to the Patient Portal and its many features (e.g., secure messaging, prescription renewal, portions of your record), but it also provides the ability to connect your health record to some of the health management apps (i.e., software applications) you may use – provided they are set up correctly.
