Mended Hearts Program
Affiliated with the American Heart Association, the Mended Hearts Program provides support for heart disease and stroke patients and their families. The program is run by heart disease and stroke survivors. Former patients often visit current patients in Emory Hospitals. The group also offers monthly support group meetings.
