Wound Care Services Update

The Healogics Wound Care Center, a service of Emory Johns Creek Hospital, will be closed as of August 19, 2022. This was a very difficult decision to make, and we know how important these services are for you and your loved ones.

To assist you, we have put together a list of alternative locations that offer wound care services. We encourage you to set up an appointment as soon as possible to prevent a delay in your care. Please contact your health insurance company to see which locations are covered by your health plan.

We will make your medical records available to your new provider upon request. Please have your physician contact our medical records department at 678-474-7700. You can also obtain your medical records on your Emory Healthcare portal.
