Emory Healthcare unveiled a refreshed brand identity that reflects the strength of its academic roots, the humanity of its care and its vision for the future of health care—one defined by discovery, innovation and deep community connection.

Launching Jan. 21 across metro Atlanta and Central Georgia, the refreshed look will be visible throughout Emory Healthcare hospitals, clinics and community spaces. While the visual expression evolves, Emory Healthcare’s commitment to excellence, compassion and innovation remains unwavering.

“This brand evolution is about clearly and confidently expressing who we are today— and where we are going,” says Molly Biwer, chief marketing officer for Emory Healthcare. “It reflects the extraordinary care our teams provide every day, our leadership as an academic health system and our responsibility to continue advancing medicine and improving lives for the communities we serve.”

A Brand Built for the Next Chapter of Academic Medicine

As health care rapidly evolves, Emory Healthcare’s refreshed brand brings greater clarity, consistency and distinction to its role as a leading academic health system—integrating world-class patient care with education, research and discovery.

The new brand expression reinforces Emory Healthcare’s position at the intersection of clinical excellence and academic innovation, captured in its new tagline: “The frontline of care, the forefront of discovery.”

This positioning highlights Emory Healthcare’s dual mission: delivering compassionate, expert care today while shaping the breakthroughs that will define health care tomorrow.

“[Our new brand color] complements our longstanding blue and white—honoring our legacy while signaling our commitment to progress and innovation. This is an evolution, not a departure.”

Honoring Legacy While Embracing Renewal

Central to the refreshed identity is innovative green, a color that symbolizes life, healing, renewal and hope—values at the core of Emory Healthcare’s purpose to improve lives and provide hope.

“Innovative green represents the forward momentum of Emory Healthcare,” Biwer says. “It complements our longstanding blue and white—honoring our legacy while signaling our commitment to progress and innovation. This is an evolution, not a departure.”
