Dr. Basu is the best!
Love my dr. Dr.Basu
The reasons for my visit were addressed with an additional prescription for blood pressure and a requested referral to a cardiologist for high cholesterol. A Cardiac Calcium Score X-ray was ordered. It was also brought to my attention after the view the requested labs in My Chart. That labs were also ordered for HIV Antigen Combo and Hepatitis which caught be totally off guard as I had not had a conversation with Dr. Basu about these test nor do I have I had risk or exposure to either infection. I contacted Dr. Basu to address this issue and was advised that the testing is offered one in a lifetime however I was never offered nor did I request the test.
Sure and One of the best physician Dr. Reneeta Basu.
Dr Basu is very understanding and professional.
All of my questions and concerns were answered
Keep up the good work.
Will always recommend dr Basus office
Dr Basu is always pleasant and professional. She listens and gives good medical advice.
Outstanding customer service
Provider explained every step of the visit also why and what needed to be done.
Dr. Basu is very professional and attentive to my needs.
Came highly recommended and I would highly recommend
They are trustworthy, and they have ethics
The doctor (DO) listens, but does not explain in detail the treatment plan for my psychogenic ED, which is my main concern right now.
Dr Basu was very concerned and explained and asked questions and prescribed medication to help the problem. She gave me a log sheet and is seeing me a month later to see if the problem has been resolved
Dr. Basu and I don't necessarily agree with treatment for cholesterol. I explained that prescribed medication causes joint pain and discomfort. I also explained that I am doing several things such as exercise, diet and natural supplements to help lower my cholesterol. While the medical student who was present during the visit advised that my cholesterol was trending downward, Dr. Basu advised to keep taking the medication as prescribed due to my high level of LDL cholesterol. I did request a more detailed lab test which she agreed to. I would have liked more discussion and feedback as I take my health very seriously and this health issue and high blood pressure are the only conditions I suffer with. I would like to exhaust all means before medication is my only option.
Very good
It was very good experience with Dr. Reneeta Basu. She is a good doctor and have experience in her field . I recommend her to my gamily and friends.
Good
My experience was good overall. I wear hearing aids and need to get them adjusted. I was having difficulty hearing both Dr Basu as well as Mr Alex.
Dr. Basu is an exceptional listener and caregiver. Her office is not a convenient location to my home but I continue to see her because she provides excellent, thoughtful and personal care.
Very polite and caring
Good
Feel safe with everyone!
Her knowledge was limited about symptoms of perimenopause. She zeroed in on one symptom that was at the bottom of my list and made a plan to address it. I had to remind her that I was worried about several other symptoms and asked for a hormone check. I just felt like she wasn't listening.

Always get the highest care and engagement from Dr basu
All parties listened to my concerns and took appropriate actions to address my needs. Again, excellent at every step.
Dr.Basu is good but gave me really concerning energy during the visit. Wasn't quite sure she was really listening to my concerns.
Dr. Basu is knowledgeable and practical.
She didn't see my request for a referral to have a blood test before my appointment, so we could compare the results to the previous ones.
Good
Dr. Basu is very thorough, listens, and takes the time needed to treat you. She is a great doctor.
Dr. Basu is always pleasant, caring and professional. An appointment for my next physical was made for 2026.
I didn't feel rushed which was important.

Amazing experience
She is so caring and gives me time
Good
As usual, Dr. Basu took the time to listen to my feedback and considered them in prescribing my medication for gout and high blood pressure. She also had me fill out a form asking for names of other physicians I am seeing, so I was very pleased with that as well.
I've already referred several people to her.
My care provider was outstanding and very professioal from the start to the end of my visit. Thank you.
Dr. Basu seems to care about our (my wife and me) healthcare. We're both over 80 and in pretty good health, although my wife is deaf in one ear and regularly sees a specialist for glaucoma in one eye, and I have (controlled) Type 2 diabetes and stage 3 kidney failure (for which I visit a specialist twice a year). Dr. Basu follows up thoroughly on all these issues. When I asked her about one or two other minor concerns she readily offered helpful suggestions. We're very happy with her being our promary carpprovider.
I like Dr. Basu very much.
Very nice doctor.
Very compassionate physician

Basu is patient, attentive, and takes the time to thoroughly listen and evaluate your concerns.
My doctor was amazing
Dr. Basu is one of the best PCP's I've had in the past few decades. She listens carefully, is understanding and thoughtful in her Declan's next steps of my care. She never rushes me and I feel that she has my best interest at heart. Love her!

Good
Dr. Basu is professional, respectful, and patience to her clients.
I felt as if the doctor did not understand how uncomfortable my pain was. Left there with no plan for treatment and I could get a CT if I felt I needed it. The first appt for an CT scan was a week away. All she did was give me 3 days of pain meds even though I told her my pain had been getting worse for over a month.
Good
It was very nice visit to doctors office.
Great experience.
The overall experience was quite friendly and professional .
Excellent Service
Left with unclear answers and unaddressed issues
Dr. Basu is amazing. She listens to me, sees me as a whole person, and offers sage recommendations to help curb any worries. She's very responsive via secure message as well.
Dr. Basu and her team, starting with the front desk staff, has always been, consistently, tremendous. I have no complaints.
They made sure I got my medication refilled

Customer services was good.
She took her time and provided me with all the information I needed with my health
Dr. Basu has been my dr a long time and we understand each other. Whether she wants my input or not we already know I'm going to give it. I know she also teaches and that's part of the visit which is fine with me. I do wish that dermatology issues were a little more culturally sensitive and that treatments were more well rounded- not everything that's going to work on one persons skin will work on another's- same goes for hair, etc. This is not a specific to her concern- actually a general concern that I have for the whole current healthcare system
I've always had a good and professional experience with Dr. Basu.
My forever doctor
Very pleased
I am very happy with Doctor Basu.
Dr. Basu is always pleasant and concerned about my health. She is a good listener and will ask questions when necessary.
DR BASU AWESOME. She listens to understand and is very thorough when explaining things
Dr. Basu is the most attentive physician I've ever had. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Basu listens, explains things very well and really shows she cares about her patients.
I appreciated the time Dr. Basu took.
The doctor is a compassionate listener. My concern is that she repeatedly tells me I seem fine even despite long-term (over a year) pains. I may need a second opinion.
My care provider showed very good concern for my concerns or worries. My care provider was very good in explaining everything that needed to be done. I was included in discussions concerning my health. I would highly recommend this office
Most caring and genuine doctor ever.
Very caring and helpful!
Dr. Basu is professional and friendly in a way that puts me at ease. I feel like I could ask her anything.
I had a very good experience with the doctor especially during the Pap smear. Since I couldn't see what she was doing, she clearly explained what she was doing so I wouldn't be surprised by the next steps. She was also very informative and respectful of the decisions I made about my sexual activity and future plans
Everyone were very professional and caring at the same time
Both PA/Medical Student and Doctor were very thorough, conscientious, and professional during my visit. Very pleased with level of care.
I love my dr.
I was very happy with the visit
Listened to me and understood my concerns. Prescribed something to help me.
Dr. Basu is always thorough and takes time to answer all of my questions
Dr Basu is always very prompt with her appts.
Dr. Bazu gave me a blood pressure record and suggested I check my blood pressure morning and evening and record numbers both times daily. I have a follow up appointment to go back and discuss whether she needs to increase the strength of Losartan.
Dr. Basu is just amazing. Wish we would have found her sooner. She has addressed all concerns. Above & beyond.
Good experience with everyone

Good experience. Telehealth appoints have just been late
I like visiting with Dr. Basu. She listens and make recommendations.
Dr. Basu was excellent and we are indeed fortunate to be in her practice now. Friendly to DD patients.
Wonderful visit with Dr. Basu. She was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and had wonderful bedside manners.
She made up her mind that my problem was with my back and didn't consider any other option. Unsatisfactory
She was devoid of any compassion or concern about my degree of pain and her refusal to help with any fast relief. She appears not to believe what I tell her about my blood pressure or pain, etc
The Doctor takes the time to listen, and takes an interest in the patient! Thank you
Dr Basu was very engaged and attentive. I felt she really cared
I love coming to Emory, my doctor has very very good bedside manner and She is very thorough about her expectations of me. Dr. Basu will call me after hours to check on me. I believe that speaks volumes about a person.
I took off my bandage to show her my bruises my blisters from yellow jacket stings I asked her if she was going to cover them back and she claimed she had no gauze or anything to bandage them backMy blisters are the size of vanilla wafers and she was going to allow me to walk out with over 20 blisters exposed She handed me two large pda and a few small one for me to just do the best I couldWhat kind of dr does that Knowing those blisters could lead to infections That the Lord I happen to bring my own bandages with me. So I see and redid my blisters Was a waste of my time
