The Dr listened to my concerns and addressed and answered all of them with understandable explanations and actions.

I felt the Doctor rushed through my appointment. He came across uncaring and almost annoyed that I had questions about medications prescribed, dose, and things I could do naturally that might be helpful. I'll likely get a second opinion and/or try another cardiologist for next year's appointment.

I know Dr. Karagadda has in the past gave great explanation in my care. My follow up was not going to be delayed again; so I sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours applying phone tag to be sure I was able to get the follow up with Dr. Mahajah scheduled because it should have been done back in July so Dr. Katragadda would be further in my care. Team work and communication is so important to quickly get cardiac care.

Dr. K is a fantastic cardiologist. He is always up to date with all of my medical issues. He even asked and advised on other aspects of my health. He is a very caring and thorough doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I will continue to see him as long as he is in practice, even if he leaves Emory.

Dr. K is an excellent physician. He continues to wear a face mask, and that, coupled with my poor hearing, I wear hearing aids, makes it extremely difficult to understand what he is saying.

Dr. Kay, the cardiologist that comes to Emory Family physicians in Acworth was wonderful and one of the big concerns of baited from various season capillaries in my legs and we're gonna get to the bottom and get them fixed so I don't have that severe bleeding but such a nice kind person and answers all my questions and I know he's only looking out for the best for me And I like that him and Dr. Samuel Gilbert can work together for me that means a lot

It was my yearly afb check up. The Dr pent less than 10 min with me. I was surprised he did not do EKG. When checking my palpitation on my arms, he will jush touch me just for a sec and move on. Clearly he didn't take enough time to feel my palpitation. He rushed big time.

After having open heart surgery, I felt rushed through my appointment. Eye contact was null. Discussion or education of what steps and what life is come in future was none. Dr. K did not discuss the surgery that I had, he did not mention the fact that a descending aortic aneurysm was found and repaired during my Mitral Valve replacement. No discussion of complications of Seizures that occurred. I was asked If I need Rehabilitation vs. Provider recommending. This was a major surgery, a lot happened. I was in and out with adjustment to Metoprolol. New imaging ordered not sure why?$$$ I did not feel valued or cared about. I have had other surgery with Emory and providers were exceptional. I am disappointed with Dr K. Lastly, Pandemic is over. If a patient is unable to hear or understand what is being said maybe a different mask needs to be used.
