Dr Lui is fabulous! First meeting and she was extremely thorough, personable and proactive. So happy she's my doc. As soon as she saw my thyroid numbers were way out of whack, she called (three times,since I missed the calls), followed up, called in a different Rx, sent me message at almost 10:00 pm to let me know what she had done. Quite impressive.

Dr. Jessica Liu was my doctor. I never felt so much cared for by any doctor in my entire life. Dr. Liu is absolutely the best! This was my first visit. I was hoping to find a permanent doctor (because the one I used to have, for 27 years or so, Dr. Meng, moved to the veterans's division. When this happened, I was devastated. It took me a couple of years, to finally meet my dream Dr., and I know now, that it is Dr. Jessica Liu. Dr. Liu is the most caring, really caring (on the human level) I ever met. She heard me, she listened attentively, she cared. She helped me out and gave me advice. She encouraged me and she understood me. She made me feel at ease. She was thorough and really, she went way beyond any expectation of excellence any one could have. I look forward to being under Dr. Lou's care until I die. I am 65 year old, in relatively good health, so I'm looking forward to many years under the care of Dr. Liu. As a patient, I am very loyal. I just hope Dr. Liu will not move or be transferred to another division (unless it's good for her), like my previous doctor of 27 years, and whom I adored, Dr. Meng was. To whomever is reading this, please know that Dr. Liu surpassed all expectations. I want to be under her care until the end of my life. Never, have I met a doctor who was so patient, understanding, listening so closely, and really really caring.
