I had went to the ER recently for a kidney infection and Dr Kim was able to see my CT scan and we discussed how to prevent that from happening again. Also when I had reported last month to Dr Kim's office about my concern I had a UTI. A nurse from Emory called me and went over symptoms with me to watch out for and from that conversation I knew when it was time to go to the ER. So I am very grateful for that Emory employee calling me and going over that with me.

He does not listen to his patient. It felt like he already formed his opinion and made his decision prior to seeing me. He also made inappropriate comments such as "dude just go to work life is hard enough". I felt it was very unprofessional because first of all I'm not a dude. Secondly, if I'm expressing how my medical condition is debilitating me to the point I have to call out sometimes that means it is serious concern. Also, who is he to tell me to just go to work? This is my body and I know my ability and pain level better than anyone. Lastly, I felt he was very passive aggressive and rude, I didn't feel as if he cared at all about me, my health, pain, concern, or request. He's absolutely the worst physician I have seen in my life. He needs to practice listening, not prejudging, bed side manner, and punctuality.

Dr Kim ALWAYS takes his time with me and explains everything. I always am so thankful for his excellent care.

I've been coming to Dr Kim for well over a decade. His bedside manner was very poor and unprofessional in talking to me about the cancer . My oncologist has never handled me with such insensitivity and callousness. It was totally uncalled for. I was so disappointed in him. I'm looking for another ppc. Not ideal in the midst of what I'm going through but I never want an experience like that again.

I would have to discuss with anyone. I would recommend Dr. Kims office to the messaging system. I have not found it to be helpful to myself or my Family. At times I have gotten mixed messages from different people answering the phone and at times I have gone many days without my messages getting through my medical providers have been frustrated that my messages have not gotten through and my medical condition has become worse.
