Showed a bad attitude to want not being able to help. Maybe not in her feel but I didn't know comfort. Makes suggestions to see other doctors, but there were no comfort for my health while I was there. The appointment was useless. Provided information online before I got there, so that was information that was already ready available for her.

I have several conditions and NP had zero questions or concerns about any of them. I don't think she took me seriously or even believed what I was saying.

The NP was unfriendly and spent a very short amount of time to check on me. She did not express any concern nor explain much about my condition and just sent me to get more tests.

Continue to have a good relationship with NP Divinnie - happy that I've been able to see her consistently over nearly 10 years, that she is prepared for our visits and remembers the main elements of my health history, and that she involves me in thinking through proposed treatments and navigating chronic illness.

Driving for 40-50 minutes and braving traffic to Emory is because I entrust my health to scientific and high-tech medical facilities and professionals. Before my appointment, I requested my last gastroscopy records, contacted my hospital, and sent the records to Emory. I don't understand that the NP who treated me saw the patient without looking at my records, and I don't think I had to spend time, money, and even my husband to hear that I would have a gastroscopy next year. Anyway, it was the moment when trust in Emory was broken.

I had a terrible experience with NP Kaitlin Divine. She was rude and in a rush. I drove 2 hours to be at this appointment and left feeling like I wasted my time. She did not care about my concerns at all. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Kaitlin came into room as though she was frustrated she had to see me. She displayed no compassion or empathy and after listening to my reason for being there she stated Dr Jain had put in the order for a test and nothing more she could/needed to do. Basically the appointment I drove 2 hrs for and attempted to get (with Dr Jain as referred by my ENT for 2 weeks) was over in 5 minutes. Kaitlin never examined me or provided any reassurance whatsoever. When I read the clinical visit note I was surprised at all the inaccurate information and untruths captured in it, ie review of my systems.she never touched me/never listened to my heart though she stated there were no murmurs, etc., and stated I had unintentional 20 lb weight loss last 8 months which I never said but the part I did say (I have lost 4 pounds unintentionally since ER visit 3 weeks ago because I have no appetite) never appeared in the note. At the end I apologized for being such a bother because that's exactly how she made me feela complete bother.

From the time she walked in, she was in the room with me 15 minutes and based on the limited info I was able to communicate, she informed me hat she did not think it was a gastroenterology issues. She did enquire if I had had a colonoscopy, then looked it up and told me when it was and the doctor who performed the procedure. She also asked me if I had a "PC Doctor" (took me a minute to realize who she was referring to), and asked if I had seen him about the issue?" (which I have not). In closing the appointment, she half-heartedly a card gave me and recommended a CT Scan. I left feeling it was a total waste of time. She did not put me on the table and feel my abdoment, etc. Never touched me.
