Excellent communication of my condition & treatment
Not able to see Dr Dreyer, but Leslie Sonders, PA is very good.
I was very pleased with the PA. She was very. Informed and came across as well educated.
Provider balances listening and sense of urgency extremely well. Seems concerned, competent and efficient.
She always listens and discusses her thoughts with me.
My wife saw Leslie the year before so we were, of course, pleased with her demeanor and the outcome of that visit. She once again duplicated our previous experience with her. She actually seems concerned about the patients well being and looks for the best outcome possible.
I felt that Leslie was able to address my concerns and answer my questions very well. I didn't think that previous doctors were explaining what was going on with my back well at all. Leslie took all of the images and X-rays that had been taken and went through them step by step. She was incredibly helpful.

Leslie Sonders is amazing!
I was really happy with the care received from the PA since my regular MD was unavailable to see me so quickly. She listened to my concerns, examined me, and agreed that my request for the medicine would help with the inflammation causing nerve pain and that it would be good to revisit my PT exercises. She was truly engaged with me during the visit and not just "checking off boxes" on a quick check-up. I did not feel rushed to try to explain my history and what I felt would help me recover at this moment based on past treatment.
Great overall experience with the doctor who seemed very knowledgeable and attentive.
Leslie Sonders, the Physician Assistant was most informative and helpful, particularly with assessing my medical needs and devising/involving me in a treatment plan that will meet those needs upon my moving forward. Moreover, Leslie displayed an enormous degree of compassion, care, and understanding of my medical needs. She is an awesome medical provider who I was most impressed, making a huge positive impact in a short period of time! I highly recommend Leslie!!

"During the appointment, was concerned that Dr. Sonders did not fully address the pain radiating from my neck into my right arm. When described the persistent arm pain, she dismissed it by stating the medication would resolve it.then attempted to show her the MRI from last year, which identified a cyst in my right shoulder pressing against a nerve. suggested this could be the cause of the arm pain, but she stated that cysts are common and can be lived with. She then conducted unrelated physical tests (e.g., attempting to push against my legs and arms) while simultaneously stating that the appointment was only about my neck and not the shoulder pain."

I'm 73 so I've interacted with treating physics for a long time. I also was a Judge who heard a lot of medical testimony. Mrs Sonders was excellent in explaining my MRIs, x-rays and exam. She involved me in deciding among treatment options. She is an expert in her field and I have already recommended her to neighbors in my continuing care community.
This was by far the most comprehensive and well documented medical encounter I have had in years. It is very encouraging to have found such a quality provider that quickly diagnosed my issues and developed/helped me to thoroughly understand my treatment plan. Her extensive subject matter knowledge/experience made me feel quite comfortable following through with her guidance and continued care. (Sonders)

I rated the PA with a 3 score due to her not being able to evaluate and treat my painful shoulder, which was the main reason I scheduled the appointment with her. The representative who scheduled me to see her knew I needed to see a doctor that could treat my shoulder, neck, arm and hand. I told her my shoulder was my main source of pain.
I really enjoyed Dr. Leslie and I am looking forward to returning back to the clinic to see my doctor. She was outstanding in her performance as well as understanding and open to hear every detail of what my thoughts were about my concerns. Great job.

Having been a patient of Dr. Sandhu I was a little apprehensive re changing providers. However, Dr. Sandhu was very clear that Leslie Sonders would take good care of me. I could not be more pleased with my visit yesterday. I was listened to, given ample opportunity to ask questions and had a thorough physical exam of my problem area. I appreciated that I was involved in treatment options and assurance of availability going forward. Driving from Rome, Georgia and being a retired nurse I have no desire to take the time and effort for any appointment if my expectations are not met. Leslie Sonders was well worth the effort involved. I look forward to future visits!
