Carmen Benoit has one of the best "bedside manners " of any doctor I have ever had. She is calm, clear, unhurried and extremely thorough in her explanations. She's in my top 10.
They were both good about answering questions.
The provider did an adequate exam but the note on the chart was completely inaccurate. She did not do even half of the assessments that were listed. This is a common problem in the Emory system with templates and is a quality of care issue. Items should not be described as normal when they were never assessed. This can cause problems with future assessments.
I was well pleased with my first time experience and would not want to go anywhere else in the future
