I This has been the best experience I have had with a clinic. Dr. Chacko listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave me the information to fix them. Dr. Chacko is thourough. I have explained my migraines to two doctors and they have not given me any advice or course of action, but Dr. Chacko did. Dr. Chacko also checked in with me via My Chart to talk to me about my low iron. This is something I passed off as normal, because prior doctors noticed, but brushed It off. I'm glad I made the switch to Dr. Chacko. I also had a great experience with the student doctor.

Dr Chacko is an excellent physician. She listens, is quite agreeable, caring, and very kind.

Unfortunately, it seems that patients with chronic pain aren't offered much assistance and the visits feel rushed. It seems as if the doctors are stumped when certain issues are raised. There were no referrals to a specialist that may look deeper into the issue.

Did not get to talk with Dr. Chacko was primarily seen by the PA who is in training. The PA should not be seeing patients by herself yet. She is not ready, does not know or understand basic healthcare information.

A minor issue - I told Dr. Chacko I had sore throat, drippy nose, minor chest congestion, fatigue. She considered a few things I suggested it might be, but we both agreed it could be any number of things. We agreed on post nasal drip. I'm beginning to think I might have RSV, which we didn't discuss, although it could have been because I didn't have a headache, fever, or other symptoms usually seen with RSV. This is extremely minor IMO bc nothing can be done for RSV anyway besides rest, fluids, etc. - the usual for most viruses.
