I had several health issues going on and I could sound very confusing, but Dr Graves was able to address my concerns. I was particularly impressed the fact the prescribed an antibiotic right away since the lab results were going to take two days. Two days later I was amazed that first thing in the morning Dr Graves told me that I needed a different antibiotic and the prescription was already at my pharmacy. I couldn't believe how fast and effective the whole thing was. I was extremely impressed!

When I sit down in Dr Taylor Graves' office, I know I am in the presence of someone who genuinely cares for me as a person, someone who gives me the time to share all my questions and concerns - my being an obsessive worrier, that's a lot - someone who listens closely with his head and his heart, someone who knows his stuff, an excellent clinician who provides trustworthy and encouraging assessments and recommendations and takes seriously my input in devising a plan of care. When I contracted covid recently, he called me on a Sunday morning in response to some serious concerns I had shared with the on call doc. Who does that anymore?! I am fortunate and grateful to have Dr Taylor Graves as my gerontologist. I just hope you don't work him too hard.

He is timely when coming into the examination room. He calls me back several times to reach me when providing vital information. He could just send a message to the portal but he doesn't. I know he is home when he calls do to the evening hours. Once he gave my daughter a book to read about dementia, attempting to get her up to speed. Thanks for having him on staff.

Care is wonderful, however, they are understaffed and with an aging population more staff in geriatrics is warranted.
