TERRIFIC communication. Thorough, detsiled. I especially liked information the dr gave about what he was doing as he was working on my body. He took special care to inform me about what to think about and look out for , and how to care for my situation

I had a great care team. I appreciate being heard and being talked to about why I was coming in to be seen. Great Doctor and his Doctor Assistant.

The doctor was amazing start to finish. When he came in he introduced himself and sat down at eye level. He asked really good questions and explained why he asked the questions. He was polite and has a soothing voice. He reassured that I felt comfortable during the rectal exam and told me what to expect during that. He was upfront with the medication cost to make sure I was comfortable with the cost. I didn't feel rushed and I know what our game is plan moving forward. I left with no questions.

I have a very complicated case. The doctors are doing the best they can.

Dr. Reichstein explains everything very clearly. He explains procedures, the how, why, and what to expect. Dr. Reichstein doesn't push to get you to do a procedure, he gives you facts and information along with encouraging the patient to conduct their own research and to address questions and concerns to him if necessary.I felt comfortable and at ease, respected, and listened to during my office visit as well as when Dr. Reichstein and his team treated me in a recent week-long hospital stay.
