Felt like Dr. John was or is not advocating for me. Instead I feel like she's a proponent of tge insurance companies perspective. I need to feel a certain level of certainty that she is indeed for me. Concerned about my well-being solely. I dont feel that.

Sarah John came off as too opinionated and a bit condescending.
My visit was for my annual physical. Labs were drawn once my lab results were posted. I sent a message through my chart and ask if Someone could give me a call to go over my lab results. I received a message back that stated they don't do call backs. And the nerves practitioner proceeded to say they were Speech satisfactory, what does that mean? I was speechless. My primary care, doctor retired and I'm looking for a permanent home however, I never wanna see this nurse practitioner again. I will take my business somewhere else.
This visit was amazing, Sarah showed concerns about the visit any other questions I asked her and gave referral and advice which this time im going to follow thru. Then made my late annual visit a follow up visit due to the treatment im going to seek soon.
Everything went well but just felt like she was in a bit of a hurry to end the visit.
Nurse Sara is incredible. Ive had the pleasure of seeing her for a while and its been wonderful. I appreciate her actually talking to me to ask what's going on
