Sasha Sherman provided excellent care. She answered all of my questions and made a plan of action for future wellness appointments.
The visir itself was fine. She seemed very sincere and caring. She explained everything she was doing and showed alot of compassion. However, the follow-up after the appoitment was not there and not up to what I am accustom to at Cleveland Clinic. I am still dealing with the issue for which I went to see her for and I just feel like no one cares.
She was great! First time seeing her, appreciated the care she provided. Visit did not feel rushed and she explained things well.

Alexandra's knowledge of my issue was very much respected, and by the end of the appointment she had laid out a plan to get to the bottom of my problems. Besides her knowledge in this field, Alexandra's "bedside manner" was approachable, humorous, and appropriate.

Within minutes of leaving the treatment room, PA Sherman sent me comprehensive info in reference to my issue. I have never had a provider followup like that. Dr. Alexander is a very thorough Dr. She highlighted on our last visit and talked to me about a few things that I was concerned about. She compassionately eased my mind about my concerns. She is very attentive and fast. She explained every detail in it's entirety.
