As stated earlier, the PA was amazing, as is Doctor Jonsson's entire staff.

Gave feedback on my condition, after discussing how I was feeling a decision was made to have an exray of my chest. Glad we did. We now know what was causing the shortness of breath.

Dr. Jonsson didn't seem too engaged. Spoke with her for about (5) minutes and out the door she went. Seemed distracted and in a hurry to get to the next patient. Second time I've seen her and the same thing happened. Dr. Jonnson seems to be in a rush and preoccupied. Scary thought knowing she could provide my surgery in the future. She has a door dash' approach - In and out with a quickness. Makes me a little nervous and concerned. Pleasant, knowledgeable but the door dash' approach is unsettling.

Whatever we asked, each person took time to answer fully and never showed impatience or uncaring attitude. I'm impressed

I won't sign up for a mid day appointment again . I prefer early in the day. No delays and minimal waiting
