The visit was rushed, with the laptop in hand; no attempt was made to escort me out of the room. I was still gathering my personal items when the provider was standing at the door with the other patient, so the room was not sanitized between visits

Again, given time constraints brought on by understaffing of doctors and overwhelming amount of patients, my time with my doctor always feels extremely rushed. And I routinely forget instructions as a result. And trying to contact my doctor is nonexistent. My care is wonderful in spite of all of this. But things need to be improved.

Dr. Van Wie is an amazing care provider. I hadn't been to see her in almost 5 years, but she made me feel like it had been just yesterday since I'd come in. She was very familiar with my chart and remarked how little my eyesight had changed in the last 5 years. It is quite a distance from my house to this clinic, but it is worth it to know that I have such a caring and competent provider, as well as great support staff. Kudos to Dr. Van Wie and her clinic staff!

I could wax poetic for a long time about Dr. Van Wei. She explained the results of the tests I took, took me through what might occur down the road and decisions that I might have to take. Dr. Van Wei was kind and understanding. I was at ease from start to finish and couldn't have asked for more in a physician.

Dr. Van Wei was phenomenal. I had an all day appointment where I had to check in every 2 hours. She was prompt every time which was a huge deal to me because I was working remotely in between appointments.

She was BERY patient with me.

My experience was bad. The way I was treated and ignored, nothing was done to accommodate me, even though it was brought to the doctors attention that I was there and was not checked in by the check in clerk, and resulted in my being at your office for almost three hours because of the mistake by the check in representative and then to be told that they thought I was a no show, and that they tried to fit me In, after waiting for almost three hours was insulting and insensitive. It made me feel awful.and like they were doing me a favor by seeing me.

Dr. Van Wie is the first eye doctor to thoroughly discuss my dry eye issues with me: cause, degree of problem, possible treatments, prognosis if untreated. We discussed my current use of Rx ointments, and she increased the dosage so I didn't have to ration and added some helpful information about hot compresses, thoroughly cleaning tear ducts, things which no provider had ever mentioned before. I left feeling that someone finally listened to me and took my problem seriously
