The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown below from our survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
I would definitely recommend her to others if it were not the case that her husband was transfered to Manhatten, NY & she will be leaving Georgia after first of the year to be with husband. She has been an excellent & valued source of medical expertise.
As an annual physical I did not feel it was worth the time. Little discussion about anything other than my knee- which is not what I was there for. Not sure I see the point of annual exams if this appt is this is all that is done/discussed at annual exams
I really like the Dr though she said she was leaving for NY. Hoping to get another good one to replace her. She listened to my concerns about yearly health tests and about running short of meds and addressed my concerns
The doctor didn't seem to care about any of the problems I was having and I had to basically beg her to run some blood tests. Over a month later and my results still have not even been looked at.
I did not like the doctor I saw, Dr. Trivedi and likely will not return to see her. She was cold, little affect, brief, no friendly bedside manner, didn't ask me anything about myself in terms of work, stress, just a basic how are you feeling? She made a good case for getting a colonoscopy, which was helpful, but doesn't make up for the lack of connection and care. It is a week later, and I had to send a message yesterday to ask for a follow up on my blood test results because some of them came back "abnormal". There are studies about how taking extra time talking to patients improves overall health outcomes. Dr. Trivedi needs some education on the importance of connecting with others and personal piece of being a primary care physician.
Very good experience I told my son that about it and he needs to go there
The doctor addressed all my concerns during the appointment, however she still did not follow up regarding my test results that were done a week ago. Same thing happened last year, when I had to call the clinic and some other doctor commented on my results in my chart. So there is a disconnect. I would like my primary doctor to follow up in a timely manner.
Dr. Trivedi did not discuss colonoscopy screening nor were my reflexes checked. Her bedside manner was very different, certainly not what I'm accustomed to.
Wonderful ecperience
Dr Privedi was excellent
All good
I still have had no callbacks about my abnormal lab results
Still waiting on blood work and nobody can tell me what's the underlying problem
Professional, very knowledgeable, great listener, understanding, excellent communicator in explaining alternatives, options and any risks. Worked with me on putting me on a low dosage med for two months and giving/believing me to get back on my healthy diet and exercise until I reach my norms. She completely understands I do not want to take meds and want other alternatives. But under the current circumstances in care for my husband, I've lost focus on myself. My PCP is awesome. I gel very fortunate and very happy.
Need your health to get better. I suggest Emory Clinic the best. Very professional and know what they are talking about to get your problems resolved.
Dr. Trivedi was very welcoming, listened very patiently to my concerns, and we discussed options regarding my issues! Very pleasant disposition!
I remember thinking how impressed I was with Dr. Trivedi.
Good listener with good explanations.
Seems to be in a rush, but listen to patient when there is a concern.
Dr. Birva Trivedi, is overall a caring and courteous physician. She is concerned for her patients.
Dr Trivedi was great. Was very present with me
So happy to have found this doctor!! She was thorough, professional, listened very well, and followed up on everything we talked about.
Dr trevedi was great!
Provider seemed biased about the science behind GLP1 medicine and refused to up my dosage as I requested. She didn't introduce her upon entry and seemed very stand off in my presence. My experience was so poor that I am contemplating ending my relationship with Emory entirely. I was so upset.
So far so good. It's been hard to find a Primary care doc. Glad I found her.
I got CBC test results on My Chart a week ago; have not had any feedback from Dr. Have called and left 3 messages requesting Dr. To please review the results and contact me. Many abnormal results; seems like it warrants some attention. Very frustrated and worried.
Dr. Birva Trevedi, is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely checked all the A+ boxes with her.
Visit was good, Dr showed care and concerns for what I did and why I was there. Asked many questions about vaccinations rather than beliefs after the discussion about my care that tended to defeat the purpose of the previous conversation.
The doctor was amazing and sympathetic to my needs. I felt very comfortable with her.
My doctor is very concerned for me to get better.
She was great!
Positive meetimg with ndw dr. She was clear andDecisive in dx: inflammation not infection.
I had an ease of communication with the doctor. She seemed genuinely interested in getting up to speed on my current health and helping me going forward.
She was well prepared. She listened, explained things in relatable terms
Dr Trivedi was extremely attentive to my concerns, I did not feel rushed. She made me feel very comfortable and that my questions/concerned mattered.
So far, so good.
Already recommended Dr. Trivedi to my wife.
Flipped on meds no explanation given.
Great experience.
Very caring provider
Dr. Travedi is professional in her care. Explains her point of view clearly. However, in my first and second visit I complained about my left kudney bithering me. In neither occasion she has referred me to a specialist. I do not think she quite believes what I am saying. Maybe it is b/c of the test results (blood and urine). Next time I will insist.
Dr Triveda was attentive and kind. She answered my questions completely and used language that I understood completely. I found her friendly and approachable.
Always attentive and responsive
Everything is always excellent
Provider just didn't seem very interested in learning about me and my background
Very professional and helpful. I expressed concern for a referral and was listened to.
Dr. Trivedi was nothing short of outstanding. A great listener, quick to assimilate information and to assure me that with Emory I was in that right place. I came to This clinic when clearly me urologist at wellstar and his did nothing to help me with diarrhea lasting more than 5 weeks.
I've emailed about my test results and haven't heard anything back. Very poor communication and follow up.
1st visit with Dr. Trivedi as new patient. Very impressed.
Dr Trivedi is one of the best
She listens and takes a keen interest in my care. Always has good ideas for things I can do.
She presented as being genuinely interested In me as a patient. She was warm, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my medical issues and actions to take to stabilize them
Speaking with the doctor was a very pleasant experience thank you
I loved my provider, very courteous and kind. They were also very understanding of my concerns.
Asked for a Doctor excuse for work on 3 occasions and still haven't responded
Very professional and curtius
The doctor was great she listens and she cares!
This was my first time seeing this physician and she was great!
Very impressed by the efficiency of your entire team and system set in place
Very professional, kind, knowledgeable
Dr. Trivedi is an excellent professional
Already recommended due to my appreciation of Dr Trivedi and the staff at Emory East Cobb.
Dr. Birds Trivedi is excellent.
Very friendly and kind doctor.
I'm new patient and everyone made me feel welcome and it was a pleasant experience.
Dr Trevedi very thorough
I was very impressed with the doctor's attentive, listening skills and I thought she interacted very well with me as a patient. Very respectful and responsive throughout.
Great interface with Dr. Trivedi about my healthcare concerns.
Doctor Trivedi and Nurse Megan were excellent and treated me exceptionally well. I appreciate them
The doctor spent a lot of time with me, explaining the problems and our options. She really made me feel good about how things were going.
Dr Trevedi was very professional & knowledgeable
This was my 1st visit with Dr. Trivedi and she made me feel so comfortable.
I love Dr Trivedi! She was so patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed. She was worth waiting the 2 months it took to have a new patient appointment.
There were few details about path of the virus and what to expect and then solutions.
Diminished my concerns, did not ask me about my experiences in detail, talked to me like I was something to check off on her to do list, did not greet me warmly, made me uncomfortable.
Everything was perfect
Probably needs to work on people skills. She was pleasant , but I felt that I was a slight imposition on her time.
Dr. Trivedi is a great listener!
The doctor was very kind and thorough. Once she understood what I was there for, the exam was very quick, and she wasted no time calling in the prescription for me.
The MD didn't seem to care about my issues nor concerned about it, didn't even listened or proposed any solution about my health, I will not return to see this doctor ever again. She was very careless.
Excellent
Dr Trivedi was excellent. This was my first time seeing her. She took as much time as I needed to review my records and answer my questions.
There wasn't much feedback on what I should do for myself but I didn't have any significant issues so it wasn't to much it say
The doctor's bedside manner was quite unpleasant and she seemed depressed or even bothered by my sickness and my followup questions. I will be asking for different doctor for my annual exam visit.
Doctor gave me her full attention and listened to what ninjas to say and my concerns. I appreciated her attention and not feeling rushed.
I wish she could be my doctor
