Dr. VanHale carefully listens to my thoughts and feelings and then helps me understand and analyze the different, various situations.I benefit from her analytical approach and I remember some of her specific statements to repeat to myself (when I later might start ruminating, sometimes seemingly helpless), and her words help me better understand accept the situations.
