Dr. Ashong immediately put me at ease with her kindness and clarity. She took the time to explain her entire diagnostic process, detailing everything from uterine scraping to ultrasound options.What I appreciated most was that she used actual images to walk me through the conversation, making the information so much easier to digest. She was incredibly gracious in answering every single one of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Also, The staff was so kind and welcoming.
She was so quick. She literally dint showed any care or empathy towards me or directed me to right direction. I had persistent cough since 2-3 weeks and I mentioned about it to her . Instead of telling me the treatment plan she said visit your urgent care. I am coming to Emory to be taken care of and not to be redirected to urgent care. All the obgyn I met at Emory , have put me in a state of mind of whether I chose the right care giver or not.
My doctor, Doctor Ashong, has excellent bedside manners and is very communicable about all matters related to my health.

When I told her my health concerns, she listened with curiosity, asked clarifying questions, and walked me through various treatment options. I walked out of the office with prescriptions, finally feeling heard by a medial professional. Dr. Ashong was thorough and kind, and she connected with me.

I love Dr. Ashong (this is my second pregnancy seeing her). It seems like she tends to run later than some of the other doctors, but I suspect it's because she actually spends the time with her patients that they need, instead of rushing things. So maybe she could be allowed more time for appnts so she doesn't get so backed up? I think she's great and worth the wait, but still wish I didn't have to wait. :)

She did not discuss or provide anything. She did not even explain what is included in annual check up. She was trying to add extra tests which is not covered under preventive care. Everytime I had to check whether it is covered or not.
