Dr. Waller diagnosed me with a chronic problem that I've been struggling with for over a year..He was caring and for the first time I felt I was "seen" - my struggle, condition, questions. He is an extraordinary physician.

Dr. Waller was extremely unprofessional. It may have been far more advantageous to recommend the neuro surgeon before leaving for China, than to wait for over a week to go into depth about the confused radiologist's report.
