Dr. Hood had to fill out disability forms and a Fitness for Duty form. I apologized because the disability form was 4 pages long. This sort of requirement from my employer's disability department may have caused him to see his other patients late, but he remained patient and professional and thoroughly answer every question. Every time I leave his office, I feel confident that he truly cares for his patients and that we are not just numbers to him.
