Dr Vasandani is the BEST primary care physician that my wife and have EVER had--caring and thorough.
She was rude. She prescribes too many medicines, which I think are for temporary cure. She forgets to tell me some medical procedures on the day I see her and I have to visit the hospital again to go through those procedures. She interrupts me when I talk to her. She denies what she told me. She said she needs an interpreter for me as if I had a language problem. I am very much humiliated by her and do not feel like seeing her.
I loved her.She genuinely cared.I did not feel rushed.She was truly trying to find a cause and a solution.

Dr. Bansandani was very helpful explain various meds, suggesting I set up an appointment with Oncology now and also explained how to perform Kegel exercises.

Dr. V. Was 15+ minutes late, and she told me that she was not permitted to communicate with my specialists who were out of the Emory network. The specialist, cardiologist and nephrologist are not on MyChart.
This was my first visit with Dr Vasandani. I am a nurse and her professionalism, knowledge and expertise is exceptional. She drills down with the right questions to find a problem. Her accuracy is remarkable and I feel so fortunate to have her as my physician.

She did not listen at all, made faulty assumptions and seemed more worried about documenting answers with her recording which resulted in errors in the visit summary She insisted that my pharmacy would not have Paxlovid said she'd sent it to another as a backup, which canceled the Rx at the requested pharmacy. WHICH HAD THE MEDS. Does she not know I can't have two scripts for the same thing? The 2nd pharmacy did not have it. And telling me to use Publix when Ii don't have insurance registered there is inconsiderate and inappropriate - especially for such an expensive drug. I had to call the clinical team back to get the script resent to Kroger. That wastes my time and yours
I was very satisfied with Dr. Geetanjali Vasandani care and concern for my overall well-being. She was very concerned and encouraging as to making sure I understood the importance of making the appointments with the specialist she recommended (i.e., Neurologist). I even stated during my visit, "you are such a good doctor, and thank you."
Dr Vasandani and her nursing stall were most helpful to me regarding an medical issue that occurred while out of town
Her manner was abrupt and she repeatedly put off questions I wanted to ask bcs she didn't want to lose her own train of thought. It verged on rudeness/scolding and for sure was curt.

Excellent attention to patient detail
The doctor was not active or tentative and listening after a few comments. She was concerned for my health and wellness, but she went down the list a little bit quickly (I understand That doctors have time constraints, and this was a physical) I was, so I felt dismissed a little bit.
I felt like I was being lectured not listened to. Even in the follow up. Dr. Vasandani acted in disbelief when I said I do have a workout regime and eat healthily. She didn't listen when I expressed concerns about continuing to take the Levothyroxine long-term. I expressed feeling tired/sluggish due to allergies. She tied the sluggishness to hypothyroidism which I did not share that belief that it was related to that. I do not want to increase dose, I'd love to discuss ways to eliminate that medicine from my day to day routine. I didn't have a pleasant experience again and am disappointed about that. Upon leaving she suggested looking into weight loss shots when I did not express any interest during our visit. She also said it was good I was seeing a therapist for my anxiety when I do not believe that I have anxiety. I've been actively exercising and eating right but left discouraged and talked down to. I just felt like we were not on the same page and I was not heard.
