The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown below from our survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
I think Doctor Gina Lundberg is one of the finest heart doctors in North Georgia. She takes time like she did today to hear me , talk about my treatment, and make suggestions to improve my health. She's very smart and Emory's lucky to have such a professional , bright , and caring doctor in the mountains. She saved my wife's life and has made my life healthier. She goes beyond when most doctors; because she cares about you as a patient and person. Of all my doctors,I trust ?her the most. Time after time, she has taken care of me. I like her ethics and her ChristianAttitude. Only if we had more like her.
Best Emory doctor I've met. She listens and explains everything and also wants patient input.
Fr. Lundberg is the BEST!
Dr. Lundberg is very competent and thorough. She seems always to be behind on her schedule however.
Dr Lundberg is the best!
I would not trust my heart to anyone else.
Dr Lundberg is the best physician I have had. She very bright not just in cardiology but in other medical areas. I would rate her with 20 stars if the scale was a 5 star rating system. I absolutely cannot say enough about her attention to detail and my care. She is the best!
Dr Lundberg always listens to my concerns and opinions. She explains risks and benefits thoroughly even when those don't align with my wishes. She is outstanding and shows patience with strong professional guidance and knowledge
Dr. Lindberg was thorough in assessing my perspective of my overall health. We went over meds, including type and dosage. Echocardiogram results were reviewed and compared with previous test. This helped me understand the results better.
Cannot say e ought good things about Dr L
Dr Lundberg was wonderful. She is good at explaining the problems you need addressed and the treatment you need .
Dr Lundberg is great. She's a bit overworked.!I'd hate to see her leave because of stress and weariness.
I was very impressed with how thorough Dr. Lundberg was in listening to my concerns and then going through all my records, tests, family history to formulate the next steps of the plan. She was very forthright in her assessment of where my health is today and the things I'm likely to need to do to improve my health.
She was very thorough and very caring. Explained things so we could process. We really liked her.
I look forward to being Dr. Lundberg's patient and referring my children to her as well!
I've sent many people to Dr. Lindburg
I have been a practicing nurse for 40 + years .. She is by far probably one of the best I have ever been seen by in all fields .. Dr's like her no longer exist
Love Dr lundberg. She always hits the nail on the head!
I am always heard about my concerns and ALL my questions are answered.
Dr. Lundberg is a fantastic doctor, extremely compassionate, very knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner. I have been her patient for 26 years and couldn't hope for a better cardiologist.
Dr Lundberg is the best.
I have already recommended Professor Lundberg to friends and family. Here's why: (a) these friends and family are loved ones, and (b) they trust me. I told them about how much Professor Lundberg has guided me to achieving much better health.
I feel lucky to have Dr. Lundberg as my doctor.
She was very clear and I felt that she was not in a hurry to be done with the visit.
Dr. Lundberg is great! She always listens, advises and gets me agreement to the proposed treatment.
Dr. Lundberg is outstanding in every regard.
Dr. Lundberg exemplifies what a true doctor should be. She listens, recommends and gives you options. I wish more were like her!
Dr. Lundberg is the absolute best!!!!
Dr Lindberg was very thorough and engaged with me. She gave excellent reasons for the procedure she wanted done and gave me the option. Made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Dr. Lundberg and her staff made me feel heard, that my concerns were valid, and provide thorough information to allow me to make well-informed decisions feeling confident with the course of treatment.
She was very thorough and nice.
Dr. Lundberg, the woman who did my EKG, and the technician that did my ECHO were all very professional, caring, and approachable. Dr. Lundberg was interested in the kind of MD/Patient relationship works best for me and our styles work very well together. She was very professional and yet showed a personal side which made me feel comfortable.
Everyone was exceptionally helpful and caring.
First, during the appointment, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken to in a raised and dismissive tone, and my concerns were minimized. A significant portion of the visit was spent discussing Dr. Lundberg's awards, conferences, and media recognition rather than engaging with my medical history and current symptoms.Second, at one point during the visit, Dr. Lundberg used Google AI in real time to dispute a symptom I was describing. She pointed to the screen and stated, "It says heart failure. You don't have heart failure." Using a general AI tool in this manner, instead of engaging in clinical evaluation or discussion, was inappropriate and undermined the clinical interaction.Third, hormone and menopause concerns have been documented in my chart for years and discussed with multiple providers, including Dr. Lundberg. Despite this, estrogen therapy was addressed for the first time during this visit and framed as though the issue were newly identified. I was blamed for this gap, rather than it being acknowledged as a failure of chart review or continuity of care. Fourth, there is a pattern of delayed care due to provider unavailability. On several prior occasions, my appointments were canceled or rescheduled because Dr. Lundberg was attending conferences, awards events, or other professional engagements, many of which were referenced during the visit itself. These repeated cancellations pushed my care out by months. After waiting this long, being rushed through the eventual appointment compounded the harm. During the visit, Dr. Lundberg repeatedly stated that it had been too long since my blood work and other testing, framing this as my responsibility rather than acknowledging the role scheduling disruptions played in those delays.Fifth, in her response to my follow-up email, Dr. Lundberg disclosed the recent death of her mother-in-law and framed the appointment as her giving me "precious time." While I recognize personal loss, this explanation was used to justify the quality of care provided rather than acknowledge or reflect on the concerns raised. Personal circumstances should not compromise professional standards or be used to deflect accountability.Sixth, Dr. Lundberg stated that she does not believe the physician-patient relationship can be repaired and instructed me to find another provider. However, she ordered laboratory work during the visit, and after reviewing my EHR, several results are abnormal. I am now being released from care without interpretation of those results, follow-up guidance, or a clear plan to ensure continuity of care. This raises concerns about patient safety and appropriate discharge practices. These concerns extend beyond dissatisfaction with bedside manner. They point to failures in professional conduct, clinical engagement, chart review, continuity of care, and patient safety, particularly in the context of delayed access to care. I emailed patient relations to say Fourth, there is a pattern of delayed care due to provider unavailability.
