Grace was exceptional in all ways
Grace is a fantastic PA and person! She listened to me, heard my concerns, discussed my options with pros and cons and helped me make a decision about my situation and care that felt well informed and beneficial. I felt like we were a team working toward a good solution to my situation. Grace is a wonderful provider! I hope she is able to share her example of what a great health care provider is with others!
Provider was incredibly speedy and possibly spent 1 to 2 minutes with me. I know sooner sat down than I was getting up to leave. I process things slower as an older adult and both appreciate the speed of the appointment but wonder if I left some questions out. I guess I felt rushed by the speedy rate of speech and the speediness of the appointment. It's almost like she was on speed or Adderall or something. I felt rushed out of there even though the question was asked do you have any more questions. I guess I expect to spend more than 2 minutes with the provider when I'm being released from care. I felt like "where's the fire?" and wondered "why am I being rushed?"
PA Grace Issacs is an excellent professional. She is kind and patient and very competent.

Grace Isaacs examined my throat and consulted with me on my symptoms. She identified the causes of my symptoms, and explained factors that can stimulate a throat-clearing response. I will certainly continue to consult with Ms. Isaacs going forward as needed.

Dr Isaacs was extremely compassionate and empathetic. She answered every one of my questions in detail- and even showed me diagrams and a model. She looked me in the eyes as we spoke, gave me her full attention, and was not in a rush to move on. She was sincere and caring. It was meaningful and important to me to feel so heard and understood.
All of my ear wax was removed and I could see what the PA was doing in my ear.
