Everyone was absolutely wonderful
I never got to see the provider because they didn't show up until after the appointment. This is not the first time they did this. I was never told she would be late, and never responded to my message asking if there would be a delay. As a patient I do my due diligence to be on time and alert you when I will be late. I waited the entire appointment with no notice then was messaged and called afterwards and a note was put into the chart notes saying that I wasn't there which is incorrect. My time is not any less important than yours
Dr. Beard provided a thorough account of test results and recommended next steps for treatment. She was very patient and took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer my questions in down to earth, understandable terms. She demonstrated sincere concern and a high level of concern for my well-being. I am very grateful to have her as my GI specialist.
When I asked questions for clarification, I was provided excellent examples and answers for my questions.

I am so fortunate to have Dr Beard as my Doctor.Iwent for my GI symptoms but because of her comprehensive evaluation she determined that I had severe Hypovolemia ,so she personally wheeled me over to the emergency room and spoke to the nurse and the physician there so I could get really fast treatment and admission.
