She doesn't have much personality and we seem to clash. I think she is rude to me every time I've seen her. This last visit was the worst.

Disappointed that Emory Midtown ED referred me to Dr Yin. She said she was not the right doctor and referred me to another Emory doctor on "next available" appointment, which turned out to be 2+ months away. I complained and was given an appointment in 2 weeks. Still unacceptable in my mind - almost a month from when I was seen in the ED. I have no vision in my left eye due to a dislocated lens. If this is the incorrect doctor for my condition, why did the ED refer me to her?

Dr. Yan is perhaps the finest asset the Clinic has. Due to problems beyond her control (unexpected personal shortage, delays by others, etc.), my wife and I did not complete my treatment for several hours, being finished around 3pm or so.

Dr. Yan is a an excellent eye doctor, she is very soft-spoken, kind and attentive, most importantly experienced in treating eye problems and has a very good sense of eye issues. However it was not easy to get a detailed thorough conversation with her about my eye condition. Her medical reports and online treatment summary are excellent. Overall a very competent doctor.

The doctor seemed to be preoccupied or maybe just in a hurry to get to the next patient. I mentioned seeing a green light in my right eye and the response was don't look for trouble, trouble will find you. Then she headed to the door. I had more questions, as she was leaving I asked about getting my medical records, she responded while walking out to go to the portal. I had another question but she was gone. If someone happens to read this message I wanted to ask about eye vitamins and if the doctor had any recommendations for me.

This was the first visit with Dr Yim after Dr Jones retired. She seems very knowledgeable, concerned and listened well to my contions.

I informed the new doctor of my previos severe reaction to the antiseptic used for shots. She did ?ot offer any alternative but instead applied it and left it in my eye for several minutes while she consulted another doctor about a program on her computerResult. An agonizing reaction that went on format least 8 hours. My previous doctor somehow found a wsy to avoid this
I will see this doctor for my diabetic retina needs yearly.
