The physician did not show care, or at least I didn't feel it. When I told her regarding the side effects of the antidepressant (e.g., insomnia, difficulty waking up), she just asked me if the anxiety has been better. I said yes, but I endorsed the sleep difficulty. She didn't address my concerns or explore other options with me. She just told me she'd keep it that way because it seems like it is working for my anxiety. Other issue, regarding I have a wart on my finger, she didn't address or talk about issue when I brought it up until I asked her if they do any treatment in the PCP clinic. Then, she said I can go to dermatologist's clinic. Overall, the session felt robotic and less "humanistic."

The doctor was not thorough. Felt like she was nonchalant about my concerns and my visit summary says my last mammogram was 2024 when my history on MyChart clearly states it was December 2025. The doctor lacked attention to detail. Also said she was surprised that an MRI saw something that an ultrasound couldn't. This is med school 101. Of course an MRI will see more than an ultrasound. Also, educate yourself on mental health. If a patient says they have bipolar 1 disorder they do not in fact have bipolar depression. Depression is a symptom of the disorder but there is no such thing as bipolar depression. It is either 1 or 2 with mania, hypomania, or depression being the symptom/current stage. Saying bipolar depression minimizes my condition because the connotation is that it is less severe or better or less scary. No such thing. It is either bipolar 1 or 2. Use correct terminology, so the connotation changes because you are using the correct language and not decreasing the experience or diagnosis.Thank you!

Dr. Perrine, is always very professional, skillful and punctual in getting my results back in a timely manner and recommending referrals of doctors that takes good care of my health. She makes sure whatever medical aid I need is provided. I am very lucky to have her as my primary care doctor.
Bloodwork was taken for physical during my appointment. My labs had several abnormal results. I had to email my doctor to ask questions about my labs. Bloodwork should be done prior to appointment so that when I go in for my physical I can go over my bloodwork in person. I asked several questions IN MY EMAIL about why my bloodwork was abnormal and what steps can I take to make it in the normal range. My Dr did not address these questions, rather telling me that I need to look at the big picture and that my labs are fine. I'm not satisfied with this procedure or her answer.
