I feel very in control of the next steps and understand the long and short term goals. I have had negative reactions to certain medications and the provider accommodated with no second thought. I'm very pleased with the plan laid out and how everything should go from here.

Joshua was punctual when starting my appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining all relevant information concerning my medical conditions. (He had also reviewed my patient notes and test results before the appointment began!) He didn't rush through the appointment and I felt seen and heard throughout my time with him. I have had MANY medical appointments and tests recently - not all good experiences - yet Joshua was a pleasant breath of fresh air.

I was scheduled to see the NP, but after talking with him, he asked if I would like to see the physician if he was available, since I traveled 3 1/2 hours for my visit. Even though the physician was supposed to be off that day, he happened to be on campus and came to see me. I was amazed at the time he took with me in the office, especially since I was not originally scheduled to see patients that day. Not only did he see me, but he took his time to listen to my health issues, looked at the MRI I brought with me, and mapped out a treatment plan. I couldn't be happier.

The symptoms I am experiencing after the procedure were at first described as "unusual" but with each visit it becomes more apparent that many people experience them but they try to downplay it. The provider was late and was rushing to get through the call.
