Dr. Patel is always the pinnacle of professionalism with care. I would recommend her to anyone needing a PCP. She keeps me informed of any changes that are being made with my care, listens to my concerns, expresses her concerns all while empowering me to guide the care I receive.

Seemed a bit detached and maybe even condescending since she attributed anything I mentioned as being due to my age. Didn't feel too comfortable raising anything with her. My previous PCP had such a great bedside manner and concerned attitude that Ms Patel in comparison seemed too clinical and matter of fact. Do this, do that, not one I could consider my first line of contact.

I was very, very impressed that I was able to get an appointment so quickly during the holidays. As with a previous joint issue, Dr. Patel insisted that I see a orthopedist as well as a physical therapist, and this was the correct and needed thing to catch some nerve issues that were in addition to ligament issues going on.
