Karen did not review my vitals prior to seeing me. At one point in the meeting she asked me when the last time I ran a fever was and my temperature during the vital check was 101. Karen very clearly wanted to be out of the room as fast as physically possible. She did not give me adequate time to ask questions and did not truly answer the questions I had. When I asked about antibiotics she said she wouldn't prescribe one. I told her I understand that we don't do antibiotics if the flu test comes back positive, but what if it came back negative, then I would like an antibiotic, and she said I'm not going to do antibiotics and refused to discuss further. Karen was borderline rude the entire time and I was very taken aback by the entire experience.

NP karen doesn't show concern about your health she doesn't include you in decision making about your care. Her approach when she comes into the room isn't very welcoming
