Katie listened to my concerns and thoughtfully responded to my questions. She took time to discuss my condition and fully inform me of options for improving my sleep. She thoroughly discussed the medications available and side effects of them. She Invests the time and attention to me that makes each interaction with her a positive experience which is empowering as a patient.

I think the survey would have been very good if a medical professional explains what is incorporated in a medical conversation, what exactly is offered, monitored, what medications are probable solutions & a general introduction once a video is initiated just as a doctor would do in person! In the past a sleep physician I visited was very vague, I checked his state board info & he had many lawsuits! Do not look at a person & assume they do not deserve top car from introduction to exit! Beside manner is everything!
