Kristie Ann Blum, MD

Dr Blum is top notch! She is easy to talk with. She really listens to me. She explains things clearly and makes sure I understand. She encourages questions. There aren't many really good doctors who care about their patients' wellbeing anymore. She is one of the few left. I am retired from the medical/healthcare field so I have 40 years experience and exposure to changes that have taken place over the last few decades.

Dr. Blum sets the bar for patient care for all other doctors! She is attentive, knowledgable, and therefore provides excellent solutions and treatment.

Dr. Blum has been and continues to be excellent, caring, compassionate and knows me as a patient. She answered all questions and was encouraging.

Dr. Blum is Aces. Listened to me and explained options and Never seemed to be in a hurry.

In her written review she said I seemed to have problem remembering some of the conversation - the problem is I have profound hearing loss! I wear hearing aids. Some things that were said were not heard by me. Dr Blum needs to be aware of that!

I am unhappy with the timing of test and subsequent information. I met with Dr and planned chemo/radiation path. THEN had a pet scan which has shown more affected areas. This sequence gave me false hope by receiving only partial information and then learning the situation is more dire. As of now I haven't spoken further with my physician re: what these results mean to my initial diagnosis.

Appointment was for a second opinion. MD explained the subject well, reviewed options for care, and answered all our questions. Very happy with the care we received.
