Dr. Ilioaia had a challenge this time when she saw me; I had been through 5 months of suffering with a UTI that was not properly treated or handled. She had to pick up the pieces and suggest the care I needed in the future, first to clear up the still-present UTI and then to suggest other Emory physicians who would better care for me in the future in either Urology or UroGynecology. Dr. I was patient, kind, and very helpful with all my complaints and physical/mental suffering. She listened, offered to order and look at the labs and reports from an outside Urologist, offer Insights and suggestions about future Emory MDs to see In one of two disciplines, and suggested what meds I should be on, rather than one suggested by an outside Urologist. It was a long visit, which was necessary in order to untangle the various protocols that had been ordered In the past five-plus months, and suggest how to handle the situation presently and In the future. She could not have been better!

She is my favorite physician within the Primary Care specialty. She is knowledgable, professional, friendly and caring.
