Martina Badell, MD, is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist at the Emory Perinatal Clinic. Even as a child, she knew she wanted to one day be a doctor. She liked the thought of taking care of people. Now, she specializes in high-risk and complicated pregnancies, caring for mother and baby alike. Dr. Badell takes a special interest in infectious disease diagnosis during pregnancy. She also has research interests in HIV in pregnancy.
Dr. Badell appreciates being part of Emory Healthcare, where she has access to all the resources and other specialists to ensure her patients receive the best possible care.
